  • Domain Names registration & support for .sb domain: This service allows customers to register and manage domain names with the ".sb" top-level domain (TLD). For example: mybiz.com.sb. 
    Telekom as the Registrar for Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association (APTLD) registers domain names in the Solomon Islands that end with the .sb domain. This APTLD is specific to the Solomon Islands and is managed by Our Telekom. By registering a domain name with the .sb TLD, customers can establish a unique online presence for their business or organization in the Solomon Islands.
  • Cloud-Hosted Email services on Telekom Platform: This service provides customers with access to a cloud-based email platform hosted on Telekom's infrastructure. This allows customers to manage and access their email from any device with an internet connection. The cloud-based email platform is designed to be highly scalable and secure, with features such as spam and virus filtering, and automatic backups.
  • Mailbox provisioning, upgrade, and support: This service offers customers assistance with setting up, upgrading, and troubleshooting their email accounts. This includes creating new email accounts for example [email protected], adding or removing users, and providing technical support for any issues that customer experience with their email accounts hosted with Telekom. Also, provide support to customers with configuration of emails on customer-owned devices and troubleshooting of any email related issues that customers may face.
  • Webhosting on Telekom Platform: This service allows customers to host their website on Telekom's infrastructure. This includes providing customers with the necessary storage space, bandwidth, and resources to ensure that their website is accessible to visitors. In addition, Customers also have the access to manage their content through Cpanel with administrative privilege
  • Websites hosting, Maintenance and Security Management: This service offers customers a comprehensive solution for hosting, maintaining, and securing their website. This includes regular updates, backups, and security measures to protect the website from potential threats.
  • Virtual Server hosting on Telekom Cloud Platform: This service allows customers to host their virtual servers on Telekom's cloud platform. This means that instead of having servers located on their own premises, the servers are hosted on Telekom's infrastructure. This can provide customers with a more cost-effective and scalable solution for hosting their virtual servers.
  • Design, Implementation and Management of Cloud applications and solutions: This service offers customers assistance in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based applications and solutions. This can include anything from custom software development to migrating existing systems to the cloud. The service also includes ongoing management and support to ensure the smooth operation of the cloud-based solutions.
