  • Software installation: This service provides customers with assistance in installing various types of software on their computers or servers. This can include installing operating systems, productivity software, or specialized applications.
  • Microsoft office installation and licensing: This service offers customers assistance in installing and activating Microsoft Office (Microsoft word, excel, outlook etc.) on their computers. This includes providing customers with the necessary licenses and ensuring that the software is properly configured and functioning.
  • DNS (Domain Name System) management: This service includes but not limited to updating of A-Records (mapping server hostnames to IP addresses) and MX Records (Mail Exchange Server mapped to an IP Address).
  • Anti-virus installation and licensing: This service offers customers assistance in installing and activating anti-virus software on their computers. This includes providing customers with the necessary licenses and ensuring that the software is properly configured and functioning.
  • Windows Client Operating Systems installation and licensing: This service offers customers assistance in installing and activating Windows client operating systems, such as Windows 10 and Windows 11, on their computers. This includes providing customers with the necessary licenses and ensuring that the operating system is properly configured and functioning.
  • Windows Server Operating Systems installation and Licensing: This service offers customers assistance in installing and activating Windows server operating systems, such as Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022, on their servers.
