M-SELEN Expands Digital Payment Network Through Partnership with Sullivans
Honiara, Solomon Islands – M-SELEN, the mobile money service operated by Telekom Digital Limited (TDL), is pleased to announce its partnership with Sullivans, enabling customers to pay for goods and services using M-SELEN’s “Buy Goods & Services” payment feature.
The partnership marks another milestone in M-SELEN’s commitment to expanding digital payment solutions across the Solomon Islands, making everyday transactions more convenient, accessible and secure for customers and businesses. By enabling Sullivans to accept M-SELEN payments, the partnership supports the growing transition towards a cashless economy while providing customers with a flexible alternative to cash.
Through M-SELEN’s digital payment platform, customers can complete purchases conveniently using their mobile phones, helping streamline the payment process and reduce reliance on physical cash.

Customers can pay for goods and services at Sullivans using either of the following methods, the M-SELEN App or the USSD code *123#. The service provides customers with a convenient way to pay directly from their M-SELEN wallets without relying on physical cash. It also supports greater flexibility for customers across the country, subject to the merchant’s payment arrangements and service availability.
M-SELEN continues to expand its digital payment ecosystem by working with businesses, organisations and service providers to make mobile money useful for everyday transactions. Through its merchant payment service, M-SELEN helps businesses offer customers another convenient payment option while supporting the wider adoption of digital financial services.
