INTERNSHIP PROGRAM & WORK EXPERIENCE
Our Telekom Internship and Work Experience Program is an excellent opportunity for high-achieving students to get first-hand and valuable experience of what it is like to work in Telecommunication environment. The Internship & Work Experience Program has been designed to provide work experience and financial support during the final year of study to students who have the potential to be successful graduates at Our Telekom.
We are looking for high level of analytical skills and a genuine interest in working for an organization that has an effect on the lives of all Solomon Islanders. Applications are accepted from high schools, vocational institution and university students majoring in Economics, Finance, Management & Public Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, Law, Health & Risk, Literature and other related field of study.
Our Telekom offers successful candidates a paid six week during the cause of internship and work experience with Our Telekom. As an intern you will be supported as you undertake task and project work that may culminates in a research paper that is presented to your peers and senior staff or field work task and projects.
At the end of the six week placement, Interns have high chance to be offered a place on the Graduate Trainee Program, which may commences towards the end of the year or the following year. Interns who will be accept an offer as a graduate will be provided with financial support during the cause of the two years program.

Our Telekom Internship Program: Applications open from February through to January in every financial year.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You must also currently enrolled and completing university studies in an internationally recognized academic institution, either in the Solomon Islands or overseas. Candidates are provided with some financial support for their daily expenses.
Application must include a proposal (maximum 250 words), that outlines the proposed Internship & Work Experience competency you wish to gain.
