EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FOR SOLOMON TELEKOM RECREATION GROUND - RANADI

Solomon Telekom Company Limited (STCL) invites tender applications from interested licensed Architects/Designers in Honiara to submit tender applications for the Architectural Design of the future Solomon Telekom Recreation Ground – Ranadi site.

• Training Room
• Open kitchen
• Room for mothers and children
• Gym room
• Ablution block (Male/Female including shower)
• Volleyball concrete area

Scope of Works Required: -

1. Undertake general measurements of the proposed site
2. Design and drafting of the Recreation Ground
3. Undertake the bill of quantity of the Recreation Ground
4. Make applications to HCC to seek building approval
5. Provide Consultation works for Successful Engaged Building Construction Group

Bidders need to include in their Bid Proposal

1. Business Profile
2. Business Registration Certificate
3. Honiara City Council Business License
4. TIN
5. At least two (2) Referees
